Inhale Resilience, Exhale Stress | 21-Day Breathwork Challenge
Transform your mental health this Mental Health Awareness Month with our 21-day breathwork journey from May 13 to June 3, 2024. Dedicate just 15 minutes daily to cultivate resilience and tranquility through guided breathwork sessions led by members of our community, suitable for all experience levels. Join our daily live breathwork sessions from 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM on Zoom, or access on-demand replays and resources if you can't attend live.
