OUR RESILIANT WORKPLACE CHALLENGE

This challenge was designed to provide a high-growth sustainability company with 46 employees with practical stress-management and emotional resilience tools, to help them navigate a period of significant change within the organization.

This challenge focused on breathwork and provided both live and on-demand content for employee accessibility purposes. Pre and post-program surveys and reports tracked progress, with there being a nearly 50% increase in stress management skills among participants.
