From 5 and 21-day challenges, for under or over 100 employees,  to 25-minute “a la carte” classes, where you can pick and choose the modality (sound healing, breathwork, etc.) to bundled live class packages— work with us to find what might work best for you.

WORK WITH US

5 & 21 DAY CHALLENGES

 Includes dedicated marketing and communication support, pre- and post-program surveys and reports measuring employee engagement, changes in stress, productivity, and overall workplace connection. Offers either 21 or 5 live, 15-minute classes, plus access to on-demand replays for up to 30 days after the challenge.

A LA CART

Try out one of our most popular live classes, like “Breathwork for Workplace Stress Reduction,, “Affirmations and Chill,” or “Sound Healing for Peaceful Workplaces.” When you book a live class, you also get access to dedicated marketing and communication support and access to live class replays for up to 30 days after the session.

LIVE CLASS PACKAGES

Include turning a series of classes into a modular learning program focused on a specific theme like navigating ambiguity or inclusive leadership. Employees get unlimited access to live class replays for the duration of the series of 6 or 12 classes. Clients that book the 12-class pack also get unlimited access to content hosted in our on-demand library, featuring 3-10 minute breathwork, meditation, and stretching videos and 20-45 minute live class replays.
