Your privacy is important to us. The Nalaverse (“Nalaverse,” “us,” “we,” “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy while using our website www.thenalaverse.com, applications both native and web-based, and any other tools, products, or services provided by Nalaverse Inc. that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Products”). This policy applies to the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of Personal Data relating to customers of Nalaverse, and all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities. This policy is effective as of March 19, 2021.

This Privacy Policy applies to information Nalaverse collects through the Products, as well as other information provided to us online or offline by third parties, when we associate that information with customers or users of the Products. It does not apply to information that you share with third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Nalaverse is not responsible for the data collection or use practices of any other user of the Products or third party utilized in providing the Products.

Personal Data

“Personal Data” means information pertaining to specific individuals, or by which specific individuals can be identified, including by name, identification number, address, or other personal characteristics or attributes. Personal Data does not include aggregated statistics, compilations, anonymous data, or other derivative data that does not, alone or with other data, identify a specific individual or household. “Data Subject” means an individual who is the subject of personal data.

 Basic Principles About the Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you, unless you choose to fill out your information on this website. In general, you may browse our website without providing any personally identifiable information about yourself. We do automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit our website such as the type of operating system, and the type of browser you are using in order to provide better usability.

Nalaverse will not collect or maintain Personal Data that is not relevant to or not necessary for the conduct of the Nalaverse business and will take reasonable steps to assure that Personal Data remains accurate.

Personal Data will be treated as confidential, and sufficient internal procedures and controls will be employed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, copying, modification, and destruction. Personal Data maintained by Nalaverse will not be used for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected. Personal Data will not be transferred to third parties, except as required for the conduct of the Nalaverse business, and only to third parties who have agreed in writing to protect the privacy of Personal Data.

Information We Collect Directly from You

Class Sign up: If you decide to sign up for our classes, you will be asked to provide your name, email, phone number, credit card number, and the credit card's expiration date. Nalaverse uses the information that you give to us during sign-up to provide the Products.

E-mail Newsletters Special Offers & Site Updates: If you registered for Nalaverse’s Products or for the newsletter, we will occasionally send you emails about various products and services that we feel may be of interest to you and/or about site features and changes that we feel you'll want to know about. You can choose not to receive emails from Nalaverse at any time (see opt-out of emails below) and only Nalaverse (or agents working on behalf of Nalaverse) will send you these direct mailings.

Correspondence: If you contact us by e-mail, or by mail, fax, or other means, we collect the Personal Data contained within and associated with, your correspondence. We use this Personal Data to respond to your correspondence. We may also use your correspondence to improve the Products.

User Accounts and Profiles. Our Products or third parties may give you the ability to register for a Nalaverse account or to create and update a user profile on the Products. If we offer such functionality on the Products, we will collect the Personal Data that you provide to us in the course of using that functionality. This information may include, for example, your name, contact information, and system information, as well as information about your interests, preferences, and future needs. We may indicate that some Personal Data is required for you to download our software, register for the account, or create the profile, while some are optional. To the extent that your user profile is public, we will share your Personal Data in your user profile with others in your organization.

Promotions. Nalaverse or its advertisers and other business partners may conduct or sponsor special contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions that users may enter or otherwise participate in on our Service. Some of these promotions may be co-branded with one of our advertisers or other business partners. In these instances, the collection of your Personal Data may occur directly by the third-party partner on its website or other online service and may be shared with us. The promotion will state the privacy policy or policies governing the collection of such personal data.

From Your Device: We may collect certain information from your device when you visit Our Website or use our Services such as your IP address, your device identifier, and your operating system.

Integrated Services: Our Products may integrate with social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram. When you connect a social media account to our Products, then we may collect information about that social media account and share information with that social media account as described in the connection process. This collected information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, demographic information from your profile, friend lists, postings or other content, and your profile picture. You acknowledge and agree that Nalaverse Inc. is not responsible for the data collection or use practices of any such connected social media platform. You should read each social media platform’s privacy policy before connecting that social media account. 

Interactive Features and Public Areas: Our Service may contain interactive functionality that allows you to engage with other users on the Service, post comments to forums, to upload photographs and other content (the “User Content”), participate in surveys, and otherwise to interact with the Service and with other users. If you use any interactive functionality on our Service that requests or permits you to provide us with Personal Data (including, for example, any services that allow you to post User Content on any of our Services), we collect the Personal Data that you provide to us in the course of using these interactive features. You should be aware that any information you provide in chat sessions, message boards, email exchanges, newsgroups, or similarly non-private areas of the Products may be read, collected, and used by others who access these areas, and this information is not Personal Data for the purposes of this Policy. Personal Data Accuracy and Completeness: Nalaverse endeavors to maintain Personal Data accurately and relies on its customers, suppliers, and other third persons who give Nalaverse Personal Data, to ensure that the Personal Data they provide to us is complete and accurate, and to notify us of updates and changes to Personal Data as required from time to time.

Updating Personal Data: If you would like to modify or delete Personal Data held on your profile, you may do so at any time by writing to or emailing us at privacy@thenalaverse.com.

Opting Out of Email Communications with Nalaverse: You can choose not to receive emails from Nalaverse at any time by simply sending an email, including your name and email address, to privacy@thenalaverse.com. You can opt-out of receiving marketing e-mails from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in our e-mails. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for your opt-out request to be processed. Also, even if you opt-out of marketing e-mails, we may continue to send you certain account-related e-mails, such as notices about your account and confirmations of transactions you have requested.

As is common practice with almost all professional websites, Our Website uses cookies, which are tiny files that are downloaded to your computer, to improve your experience. We may share your personally identifiable information within Nalaverse, our offices or with approved service vendors or contractors, located in any part of the world for the purposes of data processing, storage, or to provide a requested service or transaction, after ensuring that such entities are contractually bound by industry-standard data privacy obligations. By using this site and providing information, you expressly agree to such transfer.

Business Purpose: Nalaverse may disclose your personal data to a third party for a business purpose.  When we disclose personal data for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal data confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. 

The  California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) prohibits third parties who purchase the personal data we hold from reselling it unless you have received explicit notice and an opportunity to opt-out of further sales.

Nalaverse shares your personal data with the following categories of third parties:

  • Service providers.

  • Data aggregators.

By using Our Site or by signing up for a profile you consent to Nalaverse using such personally identifiable information as per this policy. Nalaverse may send physical and digital communications to you at the address given by you. This website is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.

Right to Opt-Out and Withdrawal

Nalaverse respects your privacy considerations and hence provides an option to you to not provide the personally identifiable information or information sought to be collected. You can also withdraw your earlier given consent at any time to Nalaverse in writing.

Requests regarding your Personal Data for access, correction, update, and deletion are subject to applicable law and certain exemptions. You may have the right to access, rectify, oppose the processing of, or delete your Personal Data.

  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, Nalaverse may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal data’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

The Nalaverse will not subject you to any automated decision-making that may have legal consequences for you.

Personal Data in Nalaverse’s custody or control is protected by appropriate technology, policies and procedures designed to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, modification, copying or destruction and to maintain the integrity, availability and privacy of Personal Data.

Nalaverse will only process Personal Data fairly and lawfully after receiving consent of the information provider and will not use Personal Data in Nalaverse’s possession for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which Nalaverse’s receives the Personal Data. Nalaverse’s may retain your personally identifiable information as long as there is a business requirement, or if otherwise required under applicable laws.

Nalaverse’s uses the Personal Data that Nalaverse’s collects about you: to process orders; to help us to improve our site and your online experience; to provide you with information about our Products; for ordering, customer support, payment, processing and service purposes; to transact business with us; for credit checks, collections and related billing or credit purposes; and as otherwise allowed by law.

Our Website may contain links to other sites including social media sites, whose information practices may be different from ours. You should read such third party’s websites privacy notices before clicking the link to those sites. Nalaverse’s does not control those sites or their privacy practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites

Third Parties

Nalaverse maintains collaborative relationships with vendors, subcontractors, strategic partners, and others who assist Nalaverse and our customers in the conduct of our respective businesses. From time to time Nalaverse may transfer Personal Data to these parties to enable them to work with Nalaverse, but Nalaverse requires that they maintain the privacy of Personal Data in a manner satisfactory to Nalaverse and consistent with applicable law.

Nalaverse will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except as required in our business, and provided those third parties preserve the confidentiality and maintain appropriate security of Personal Data and use it only for the purposes provided. Nalaverse ensures a certain level of protection of your Personal Data through binding contractual obligations.

Nalaverse will ensure that whenever Personal Data is transferred to foreign countries, it will remain adequately protected.

It is Nalaverse’s policy not to transfer Personal Data to any entity, individual, or organization located in countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection, unless:

Nalaverse will deal fairly with each person whose Personal Data is in Nalaverse’s custody or control.

Access: Upon reasonable written request, Nalaverse will inform any person what Personal Data Nalaverse has about him or her, the purposes for which it is processed, the recipients or categories of recipients, categories of personal data collected, the period for which the personal data will be stored and whether any automatic processing takes place. Nalaverse will take steps to correct or delete any inaccuracies in Personal Data pointed out to us, either directly or through making available self-service mechanisms. Nalaverse will endeavor to notify recipients of your Personal Data of such changes where required.

However, Nalaverse may limit access, corrections, or deletions as permitted or required by applicable laws or regulations. Nalaverse may establish reasonable rules for providing access to Personal Data, including procedures and fees for responding to Access Requests.

Enforcement: Persons who have questions or believe their Personal Data is not handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy should contact the Company’s privacy official at Nalaverse using privacy@thenalaverse.com who will review the issue in an effort to resolve the issue quickly and amicably.

·       This Privacy Policy is issued by Nalaverse and applies exclusively to facilities of Nalaverse and its subsidiaries and related entities.

·       Nalaverse may change this Privacy Policy from time to time as it deems appropriate. This Policy is made public on our website and is current as of the date written above.

·       This document describes Nalaverse‘s privacy policy. However, this policy does not grant or create any additional rights or remedies for the Data Subjects or any additional obligations on the part of Nalaverse other than those obligations required by applicable law.
