Breathwork, meditation & movement help improve your mood, reduce anxiety, stress & the perception of pain or trauma.

  • Breathwork.

    Expect to feel revitalized, grounded & balanced. We use a combination of affirmations, breathing techniques & exclusive Nalaverse beats to help you flow through your class & release stress. Breathwork will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, leading you to a deeper experience of relaxation & joy.

  • Meditation.

    Expect to feel a renewed sense of self, joy & confidence. At the start of class, your instructor will help you set your intention & identify areas of tension within the body while focusing on the intention. Next, they’ll guide you through a visual journey to release stress and re-center the mind.

  • Yoga & Movement.

    Expect to feel open, energized, & centered. We use mindful movement to activate energy throughout the body. Postures may be held for longer periods of time to allow participants to fall deeper into gentle stretches. Some instructors may also choose to close the class with sound healing.
