Our instructors create their own sound for each experience, featuring curated playlists that feature a mix of healing frequencies, from nature sounds to healing frequencies to sounds from around the globe.

CLASS FORMAT

A grounding introduction and emotional check-in

LIVE CLASS EXAMPLES

  • Breathwork involves utilizing different breathing techniques and patterns to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Participants can expect to leave the class feeling refreshed and empowered to utilize breathwork to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Stretching is an easy way to incorporate movement into your daily routine, promoting healthy bones and blood flow. This low-impact class encourages this movement and flow through restorative stretching practices that promote a healthy mind-body connection throughout the workday.

    Benefits: reduced back pain, stress relief & increased blood flow.

  • Sound healing is a meditative experience that uses crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sounds to calm and regulate the nervous system. Like meditation, sound healing positively impacts the brain and activates a physiological response that leaves participants feeling rested and with improved wellbeing.

  • This class guides participants toward a state of inner peace through guided meditation and affirmations designed to help them express love for themselves and others. After class, participants can expect to feel calm and more connected to the world around them, increasing their ability to recognize their emotions and better empathize, and work with, one another.

  • In this class, participants will learn to pause, recognize your thoughts, and use positive affirmations to practice gratitude. At the end of the class, participants are encouraged to create and share their affirmations with their colleagues in a way that empowers and grounds them.
